What Are the Secrets to Lose Weight Without Starving?

For some reason or another some of us during our long life journey make the decision of wanting to lose weight. I'll give you some tips to lose weight without starving yourself on a diet. Because gaining a few pounds is a thought which haunts many. No matter if it's for health reasons or boosting self esteem, whatever the case you provide yourself a positive outcome by shedding a few pounds.

Maybe there's a holiday coming up, Fourth of July? Christmas diet? Thanksgiving diet? Mothers day diet, or birthday diet? Everyone wants to look their best on special occasions.

So how is it possible to lose weight by eating less and not starving on a diet? That doesn't sound right. However the truth of the matter is that losing weight without starving is possible by carefully selecting the foods you eat.

Certain foods have more Trans fats, saturated fats, calories, sodium and cholesterol than others. On the same token many different kinds of foods have proteins, iron, calcium, vitamins and other nutrients that specifically work to keep you feeling full longer.

While I don't have a miracle drug in exchange for money to offer you, I do have some very successful tips that have assisted countless happily satiated dieters. I've heard how it's harder for women to lose weight or how men are just always hungrier. In reality your sex doesn't make a difference in losing weight, although it does decide which areas of the human body fat is stored.

These tips will assist both male and female sexes in losing weight whether short or tall, as a blonde or brunette, young or old, you can do it immediately and it's so simple..well, anyone can do it.

Ten Foods you Want to eat to Feel Full

Very important tips- Drink plenty of liquids, keeping yourself hydrated and getting in a glass of water, juice, or lemonade. Many fluids periodically throughout the day and after meals will keep you full in the long run.

Eat snacks and don't skip breakfast -By eating breakfast you jump start your digestive system, getting a move on your fat burning, weight eliminating metabolism. The snacks keep that system on high by always having a little something to work on.

Eggs - Stuffed with protein which is the top hunger fighting warrior we want in our bodies, eggs are fighting the war at the front of the line. A pair of eggs, or about 100 grams done over easy, contains 12 grams of protein. The recommended daily value for protein is just short of 50 grams.

Warm Oatmeal- is the most hunger stomping breakfast cereal on earth, it contains more protein than any other grain around, per serving. Not to mention it's a great dose of fiber. Wonderful fiber is what slows down the process of the stomachs system staying in there longer in turn keeping you full for longer periods of time.

Milk, Cheese, Low-Fat Yogurt - These are rich on calcium which research has shown that not providing yourself with enough calcium may trigger the release of hormones which cause fat storage in the body! Besides avoiding our unwanted hormone, it also keeps your bones strong and healthy, along with your teeth!

Beans - Protein protein protein! Any kind of beans it doesn't matter along with some rice and a steak you've got a winning dish that will silence your hunger and keep it in check until breakfast!

Beef - Burgers on the grill in the backyard, a juicy Steak with beans and greens, we all know meat is one of the best sources of protein out there and it's a main source of zinc and iron in many of our diets also. So if you're falling short, find somewhere to fit some meat in to keep that hunger in check!!

Yes you can eat burgers, just be sure the meat is low in fat / grease and don't bathe the patty in mayonnaise ,ketchup ,mustard, barbecue sauce, and all the other condiments which are the main culprits in weight gain with this meal.

White Fish - Grouper, Cod, Ma-hi Ma-hi, Bass, Hapuka, Halibut. There are plenty to choose from and the thickest white fish will be the best to keep your tank on full longer than others and they're considered the better tasting fish by many. I'll take a classic grilled Ma-hi Ma-hi burger with some bacon, cheese and onions, delicious. Don't even need the fries and your good until dinner.

Plus it's a light weight dish you can't go wrong with.

Nuts - Are a great snack to hold you off, whatever you like, walnuts, peanuts, almonds they are all enemies of our hunger and they show no mercy!! Go out and grab some nuts! A couple of ounces should do the trick and keep you from an extra meal before the time is right!
